Itinerary

 

Day 1 Traveling

Depart from New York (JFK) or Washington Dulles (IAD) for your South African Airways flight to South Africa.

Day 2 Cape Town View Accommodation

On arrival at Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport you will connect onwards for your 2 hour flight on South African Airways to Cape Town. On arrival in Cape Town you will be met by your driver for the short transfer to your hotel. Settle into your hotel and relax after your flight.

Day 3 Cape Town View Accommodation

After breakfast you will be met by your local English speaking driver-guide for your full day tour of the Cape Peninsula.

Highlights include; a beautiful drive over Chapman's Peak, the Cape of Good Hope, a visit to Boulders Penguin Colony and finally Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (optional). Comfortable clothes are a must!

Day 4 Cape Town View Accommodation

Depart the hotel for a half day tour of the Cape Winelands. Recognized as one of the premier wine regions on earth, the Cape Winelands boasts a long history of wine-making along with world-class restaurants. Spend either a morning or afternoon amid stunning vineyards and breathtaking mountain views.

Enjoy a wine tasting, cellar tour and cheese tasting at Anura Wine estate. You then continue to Stellenbosch for a historical drive through the city with a walking opportunity.

Nestled in the mountains near Cape Town, Stellenbosch is a destination in itself, with old world charm and fantastic examples of Cape-Dutch architecture.

Once you return to the Cape, the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace.

Day 7 Depature
