How Do I Book.
Booking your Canada/New England cruise with Cruise Holidays of Alexandria is a seamless process. Simply call us at your convenience, 7 days per week. We will gladly answer all of your questions, and help you select the best stateroom available in your chosen category.
When you are ready to reserve your stateroom, all you need do is place a deposit on your stateroom of choice. The deposit is 10% of your overall cruise fare. You may do so with any major credit card, to include Master Card, Visa, or American Express.

When Should I Book?
It is no secret that many cruises sell out months ahead of time, particularly in high-demand stateroom categories. Typically, the highest and the lowest category staterooms sell the fastest. Because triple and quad staterooms are limited, they too sell quickly.
Our best advice to you is to book as soon as you have decided to join us on the Canada/New England Cruise. This will ensure you the most and best options for securing a stateroom of your choice.
Final Payment Date & Special Savings Opportunity.
Once you deposit on your cruise, you owe nothing further until July 18, 2009, when your final payment will be due. Crystal Cruises provides you with the opportunity to save an additional 3.5% off your cruise fare by making payment in full by December 23, 2008. If you would like to take advantage of this special savings opportunity, please let us know.
Also, if you are a past Crystal Cruises’ guest, you are eligible for Crystal Society savings rates. Please advise us at the time of booking if you have sailed aboard Crystal Cruises before.
What Happens if I Have to Cancel?
Even the best laid plans can change for unforeseen reasons. Crystal and Cruise Holidays make it easy for you to cancel for any reason should you decide after you book that you can no longer sail aboard the 2009 Cruise Holidays’ Anniversary Cruise. If you cancel by no latter than July 19, 2009, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, less $50 per person. After this, the cancellation fees, as established by Crystal, are as follows*

Cruise Holidays has extensive relationships with air providers that provide special pricing on regularly scheduled leading airlines. As such, we can often assist you with securing special rates on airfares to your chosen port of embarkation and debarkation.
We also can assist you with pre and post-cruise hotel stays, and have established relationships with exceptional shore tour providers. With our shore tour providers, we can assist you with private or small group tours, allowing you to see the sites you want to see while avoiding the big coach buses and large groups that frequently are part of the cruise line’s offered shore excursions.
