The ultimate dining for a spa and residences is

love great food, and the Edelweiss will carry on its tradition of serving
great cuisine. The dining room seats about forty- it is intimate, with a
traditional Taos kiva fireplace, piano, with French doors opening to the
plaza for dining al' fresco. The atmosphere is more of a club than a big
restaurant. The big stone fireplace in the adjacent lobby makes a great
place for desert. Or, pick-up fresh pasta and roasted vegetables to serve
in your own dining room. The kitchen continues downstairs, connected also
by service elevator. And this extra “kick” to the kitchen will enable
